Would you like to know how much your property is worth? 

A market-aligned and realistic valuation of your property is essential for successful marketing. We use two relevant valuation methods to calculate the estimate: an online valuation using hedonic methods and an expert valuation from a specialist on location.

The hedonic valuation is a statistically based comparative method. The hedonic valuation is the principal method used by banks when issuing mortgages, due to its accuracy. Through comparing transaction prices for similar assets, the hedonic model gives an accurate result for standard properties, but not for historical buildings, luxury real estate and highly desirable properties.

If you own a special property, we recommend that you arrange for both a hedonic valuation and a detailed expert valuation. We have many years of experience in property valuation.
